Below is the most frequently asked questions that potential Customers inquire about. Whilst there are many more questions, these are the most frequent....

  • Can i claim the cost back in Tax?
    Yes. But only if you are in business or have a home-based business and are relocating for business purposes
  • Can i store my goods in my own storage facility?
    Yes. You can but it may be inconvenient for us to be able to access your goods on delivery day. So, in order for us to be able to move your goods to a new address; we will need access at all times. It is better for both parties if your goods are stored in our facility, therfore saving you the hassle of removing yourself from work just to let us access your goods.
  • Are my goods safe in the DeliverAll storage facility?
    Yes. Your goods are completely safe as they will be stored within a lockable unit inside a secure storage facility.
  • Can i have access to my goods once in DeliverAll storage facility?
    Yes. Upon arrangement, you can have supervised access, removed or added items must be added or omitted from the list of stored goods to protect both parties.
  • Can i change my mind at any time?
    Yes. You can change your mind, delay, reschedule or cancel the delivery of goods. In this case we will only charge you for the pickup, packing and storage plus a small cancellation fee.
  • Can i insure my goods?
    Yes. We advise you to insure your goods as part of our contract with you. We cannot move items if they are uninsured. The insurance cost is small and could easily pay for itself if there is an accident at any stage.
